EXALTA have recently been appointed as a Non-Executive Director, to support the growth ambitions and leadership development of a privately owned, commercially focused architectural vomponent business.


The UK based family owned business has been growing steadily since its foundation some 25 years ago.


With circa 60% of its sales outside of the UK and having particular success in its prime markets of the USA, India and Arabian Gulf, it is now poised for further growth.


The growth ambitions of the owners are challenging and the business needs to continue to develop its operational models and infrastructure to ensure its success in the future.


EXALTA are providing the support to both the owners and the leadership team at this exciting if somewhat challenging time.


There is a specific focus on:


  • UK Sales infrastructure, operations, development and leadership
  • International sales strategy and support
  • General systems improvement to obtain increased business transparency
  • Business performance improvement
  • Mentoring the leadership team
